This machine fill oinment, cream, tooth paste, cosmetic, jam, chocolate, or viscous material into tube, it also can tail folding batch number embossing automatically. It is ideal equipment for aluminium tube, plastic tube and laminated tube.
The speed of the machine is up to 50 tubes per minute. It will vary depending upon the size and type of product the tube
It can fill from 10 ml to up to 50ml of cream/Ointment. Change parts required for the same.
It can seal/close tube up to 35mm Dia tubes.
It will have oval race track with Aluminum/Delrin tube holder.
The indexing system will be of Ferguson type oil immersed.
